Shipping policy

Completed eyewear is returned to the shipping address provided at checkout. Return shipping time is additional to service time.

Service time
After we receive your frame and accept the valid Rx and required measurements, your order may take up to 10 business days to complete. If additional compatibility review is needed, we will contact you before work begins.

Local drop-off
Customers who choose Local Drop-Off will receive instructions for the secure Glasses Drop Off box at 202 N Frazier St STE B, Conroe, TX 77301.

Mail-in
Customers who choose Mail-In will receive the mailing address and packaging instructions in their order confirmation. Please package frames securely and keep the carrier tracking number.

Tracking
When completed eyewear ships, tracking information will be sent by email when available.

Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or failure to receive it, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
